Brief Introduction
I have been using various forms of hypnosis since I was eight years old while attending acting classes at a community theater. Throughout my life, I continued to learn meditation and stress management techniques. I used visualization, imagery, and progressive relaxation as part of the process to achieve goals and to reduce stress. At times, I also used it as a means to achieve sleep.
Fifteen years before being formally trained in hypnotherapy, I had the privilege of empowering two family members (on different occasions) to control severe pain they were experiencing.
I have also been studying personal development and spirituality for the last fifteen years through reading, listening to CD's and attending a variety of seminars and conferences.
I have always enjoyed empowering and helping others. In January 2007, I discovered Hypnosis Motivation Institute, and began my formal education in hypnotherapy. It is a great honor to possess powerful tools that can assist people to improve their lives.
